An exciting opportunity to join our Digital Trading function on a contract basis

We are seeking a detail oriented and enthusiastic PMO Analyst to join our dynamic team in London. This role involves assisting project manager to ensure the smooth execution of projects aimed at enhancing digital trading capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of budget and financial management and a desire to grow within a fast-paced digital transformation landscape.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Some of the key responsibilities of the PMO Support role will include:

Project Support

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Support the tracking of project deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, flagging risks or issues to project manager.

Budget and Financial Management

  • Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets.
  • Track expenses and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries for stakeholders.

Administrative Tasks

  • Coordinate project-related meetings, including scheduling, assist in preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
  • Manage and organize project resources and tools to ensure accessibility for team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities and decisions.
  • Communicate updates to team members and stakeholders as directed by project manager.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

The ideal candidate possesses strong organisational and multitasking skills, communicates effectively and has excellent interpersonal abilities. They maintain a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, and have an interest or experience in trading, financial markets, or technology-driven environments. They hold proven experience in a project support or coordination role, have a basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and are familiar with tools like MS Office, Excel, Confluence, or TFS.
