An exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Communications team.

In short:

Reporting to the VP Marketing Communications, you will provide analytical support, research, and insights and take the lead on all aspects of marketing measurement and reporting – from analysing the results of campaigns to determining ROI for marketing activity.

Working closely will colleagues across the full Marketing Communications team, you will develop and maintain all marketing measurement tools, while delivering regular reporting for all marketing activity.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain a suite of marketing measurement tools, processes, and reports for all BAU marketing activity and channels, including email campaigns, websites, social media, events and more; provide added-value analysis and recommendations to improve performance moving forward
  • Analyse business and customer data to inform the marketing strategy, supporting with segmentation, profiling, and targeting of prospective customers in all markets.
  • Plan, organise, and implement qualitative and quantitative research projects – both independently and with the support of research agencies – including Customer & Broker Satisfaction Surveys, market analysis, competitor audits, strategic research projects and ad-hoc surveys
  • Lead on bi-annual Customer and Broker Satisfaction Surveys in collaboration with research agency – working with key stakeholders to develop questionnaires, source contact lists and adjust surveys for each local market and language; organise follow-up sessions to share results for action-planning with relevant teams
  • Analyse customer and business data to develop marketing segmentation in all markets; use data to produce accurate and insightful profiles for more effective and targeted marketing activity
  • Conduct market intelligence research, as required, to support strategic business decision-making, including competitor audits, market share reports, brand awareness / perception, market opportunity and more.

What you will bring:

You will be adept at data analysis and have a keen eye for detail; creative in coming up with solutions to complex problems, you will enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Experience overseeing and delivering projects, analysis and reporting for business purposes – ideally in a marketing context
  • Exceptional analytical ability and solid experience working with PowerBI or other advanced analytical and /or reporting tools
  • Excellent planning and time-management skills, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Competent and eager to work autonomously
  • Commercially minded, with strong financial acumen
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of German, French and Dutch would be an asset
  • Willingness to travel between European Sales offices, as required
  • Knowledge and experience of the energy supply industry would be an advantage
  • Completed training or degree in analytics, research, marketing, or comparable qualification
