What You Will Bring

This role requires someone adept at managing their own caseload from start to finish, with the ability to handle all stages of the process independently, including strategizing, preparing legal documentation, client communication, and case advocacy.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team, contributing effectively to team goals while maintaining accountability for individual tasks. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for litigation and debt recovery, we encourage you to apply.

• Making and responding to offers and negotiating settlement of both liability and quantum as and when necessary, subject to supervision
• Strong analytical skills to assess financial situation of debtors and recommend appropriate recovery strategies
• Effective communicator with ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external third parties in a professional manner
