We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator / Specialist to join our dynamic team on an initial 6-month contract. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support across a range of L&D initiatives, ensuring the efficient delivery of training, events, and learning resources. This role offers an opportunity to work with a busy global team, managing a portfolio of diverse and exciting projects, from supporting individual and team development to coordinating compliance training and leadership programme delivery. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO  

  • Coordinate logistics for L&D events, including room bookings, catering, participant communications, and setup of virtual training platforms.
  • Provide administrative support for training programmes, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and post-session evaluation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for L&D-related queries, delivering high-quality customer service and troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Oversee the training request process, ensuring timely responses and coordination across departments.
  • Manage bookings for training sessions, securing spaces, materials, and any other necessary resources to facilitate seamless learning experiences.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

  • Experience in L&D administration, ideally within a professional services or similar setting, with expertise in event management, LMS administration, supplier management, and procurement.
  • Service Orientation: Strong commitment to supporting learners, colleagues, and stakeholders, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating LMS platforms and using Microsoft Office and other digital tools for reporting and communication.
  • Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Ability to anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and manage details accurately and efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at handling queries professionally and effectively.
