An exciting opportunity to lead our HR Operations team

IN SHORT

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join SEFE and lead our UK & International HR Operations team and support the delivery of the end-to-end employee lifecycle through the accurate and timely processing of employee data, and the provision of a first line HR service for both employees and managers.

In the role of HR Operations Lead you will coach, develop and lead a small team of HR Co-ordinators driving a strong service delivery environment.

Based in either London or Manchester, this is a fixed term contract for twelve months.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Key accountabilities and deliverables include

  • Overseeing day to day HR Operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all employee data across the employee lifecycle
  • Developing processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with both policy and legislation and identify areas for process improvement
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team and stakeholders across the organisation
  • Provide training and appropriate performance management aligned to team goals ensuring compliance with internal and best practices
  • The provision of guidance and support to employees across a number of countries (UK, France, Singapore, Netherlands and Switzerland) on policies, benefits, payroll, leave administration, etc.
  • Ensuring work is evenly distributed and managed to achieve service levels

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

This is an exciting time to join SEFE, as we work to align our approach across our legal entities the HR Operations Lead will be responsible for ensuring systems are in place to support changes and employees receive a seamless experience. You will also demonstrate

  • Proven experience in HR operations, process improvement and team management
    Knowledge of HRIS platforms, including SAP and other applications such as performance and travel management
    Working knowledge of employment law, data protection laws and HR compliance requirements
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail with a target driven approach
    Experience of coaching and performance management
  • Data skills with proficiency in Microsoft excel
  • Fluency in business English (written and verbal)
