We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Business/Functional Analyst specialising in Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes to join our team. Reporting to the Global Process Owner, this role provides end-to-end support for sales and billing processes, with a strong emphasis on process optimisation and cross-departmental collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and ECC, along with a solid background in business process analysis and project management.
What you will do?
In this role, you will model, analyse, monitor, and continuously improve business processes and applications within the Quote to Cash (Q2C) domain, while supporting the Global Process Owner in ensuring optimal process design and execution. You will collaborate closely with teams to prioritise user experience in solution development, serving as the subject matter expert who understands business needs and translates them into actionable user stories or specifications for development teams.
Additionally, you will play a key role in future exploratory work for SAP S/4 HANA, contributing to strategic planning and execution.
What you’ll bring to the role?
- ERP System Proficiency: Deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC, with a focus on Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes, including sales order management, billing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition.
- Financial Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial reporting and consolidation systems, particularly within the Q2C domain, such as SAP FI-AR (Accounts Receivable), and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) integration.
- Integration & Interface Management: Experience with managing and integrating third-party systems with SAP S/4 HANA, particularly those that interface with Q2C processes, such as CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and payment gateways.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in analysing processes, identifying issues, and proposing effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to stakeholders and provide clear user support.
