IN SHORT

We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our newly created Sales Digitalisation & Process team. With opportunities in Manchester, Kassel (DE), Paris and ‘s-Hertogenbosch (NL) you will be part of an international team working to support us in digital transformation and process optimisation across our sales function, with the objective of ensuring we operate efficiently, effectively and in accordance with industry best practice.

You will ideally bring a continuous improvement mindset with proven experience of process optimisation combined with strong stakeholder engagement skills gained within a commercial environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You will define, implement, measure and improve standard work processes in the sales area to improve the customer experience, efficiency and our performance
  • You will promote continuous improvement and operational excellence in various departments and processes, collect data and analyse workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
  • You will work with stakeholders in international and functional teams to review and develop effective processes and customer-facing solutions
  • Working as part of a team you will harmonise and standardise processes and support the introduction of innovations and technologies to achieve impactful results
  • You will work to ensure that developments are in line with business, delivery, contract requirements, and internal operational requirements
  • You will implement a feedback and review mechanism to continuously improve and update our processes and ensure that lessons learned and evolving best practices are adopted
  • You will develop your personal toolbox of process improvement techniques and actively share what you have learned throughout the company to promote an international environment of continuous improvement within the company.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Academic study in the field of process management, business process management or comparable (desirable)
  • Proven experience in the field of process management with the confident application of various process improvement techniques
  • Professional experience in the energy industry (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills and a confident approach to different stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Problem solving mindset with a results focused approach
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (and language relevant to country)
  • Willingness to travel on business (approx. once per month within Europe)
