An exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Sales Support team in Manchester

IN SHORT

We are looking for a Commercial Sales Administrator to join our UK Sales team in Manchester on a fixed term contract.  In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving our sales department towards achieving its ambitious business goals.  You will collaborate with various teams across the commercial sector to deliver a customer-focused, cost-effective service to our clients and brokers. Your responsibilities will include supporting processes that facilitate the acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing management of customer contracts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Enter quotation data into internal IT and pricing systems, ensuring it is ready for use by the sales teams.
  • Input data with a high attention to detail, always championing data quality in our systems.
  • Work directly with sales account managers to support and strengthen relationships.
  • Build weekly reports on both quotation and pricing data.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • A commercial sales appetite.
  • The ability to make informed decisions, take action, and be diligent, dependable, and positive.
  • An excellent understanding of the need to provide business solutions to drive commercial activities while considering and understanding risk.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • A flexible approach to work, with a willingness to be involved in other areas of the business as required.
  • Behaviour that aligns with the company’s values and culture.
  • Enjoyment of team dynamics, knowing when to ask for help or offer support to colleagues.
